Buonanotte Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary With A Makeover
The renowned Montreal institution keeps upping their game
It’s no secret that Montreal is home to a wide range of fantastic restaurants, and every year we get our fair share of new places opening. However, it’s pretty remarkable when an establishment is around for over two decades and is still going strong, which is the case of the almighty Buonanotte.

To celebrate their 25th year in the nightlife industry, they revamped several aspects of the place, from the food, to the decor now showcasing mural paintings as well as a new take on their signature gold ceiling.
Their seated area went from a capacity of 99 to 230 places to welcome foodies and celebrities. It’s no secret that a lot of big names enjoy making a stop at this well-known establishment, whether it’s to have dinner or to party all night long.

We got the chance to taste the delectable new menu put together by their new chef Marco Bertoldini, who introduced us to all the classic Italian dishes but with his own modern spin on it. From the delightful burrata, to fresh handmade pasta, incredible tartar and perfectly cooked fish, you can really taste the incredible flavours from the top-quality ingredients they choose to use.
Open for lunch and dinner, you can now enjoy their table d’hôte from Sunday to Thursday priced at $25 for the dinner service and $18.24 at noon.

Buonanotte proudly boasts one of Quebec’s best wine cellars. It has won numerous awards for its cellar, including the Best Award of Excellence for “the most outstanding restaurant wine lists in the world” awarded last year by the prestigious Wine Spectator magazine. Whether you enjoy good wine or are a true wine aficionado, the several private imports they carefully chose will definitely fit your liking.
