Summer is finally here and with loads of surprises for us avid foodies. You can expect restaurant openings, new menus, fruity cocktails and food festivals, and Ikanos is leading the pack here.
Hosting the first edition of MTL Loves Greek Wines, owner and chef Constant Mentzas offers patrons the opportunity to discover the beauty of Greek wines paired with Mediterranean delicacies all wrapped up in a sophisticated yet welcoming event.
Starting May 7th until May 9th, each day will have a different 6 course menu that will be complimented by Greek wines carefully chosen to take your taste buds on a ride while introducing you to new horizons.
No other than one of the world’s best sommeliers Véronique Rivest will be there teaming up with a dozen winemakers, all there to share their passion with you. There’s no better way to educate yourself on the subject while having a great time surrounded by passionate people.
Whether you’re a connoisseur or just curious to learn more about wine in general, everyone is welcomed and will definitely be impressed by the pairings. Refined flavours and stunning combinations are to be expected.
