Chef’s Table will allow you to discover an extensive menu that showcases products according to the seasons, combining freshness and top quality on the plate. In addition to this culinary excellence, various surprising elements will add a touch of madness to your experience making it original yet luxurious.

The menu was created by the talented Marie-Anne Bédard, executive chef of The Speakeasy restaurant and Chef’s Table. It’s largely a tribute to the incredible flavors as well as the gorgeous local products that the chef is so proud of.

From her venison tataki with sparkling caramel to her delicious mackerel cooked at the table, without forgetting the refreshing vegetable dish, the chef uses ingredients we all know and love as the main component but elevates them to an absolutely wonderful level of finesse. End your night with her famous dessert “Chef’s Table” where she assembles the whole thing step by step in front of your very eyes, down to the last sprinkle of sugar.

Marie-Anne Bédard wants to create a new gastronomic happening to experience in Montreal and it is evident that she has succeeded.

The staff is knowledgeable and takes all the time needed to explain the wine pairing, how it complements the dish and what constitutes the latter. Presentation on the plate as well as in the establishment itself is magnificent; you can expect sharp professionalism but without it feeling cold and distant, creating an atmosphere that will make you want to go back.

To complete the intricate menu, an extravagant cocktail card has been created combining taste and passion to satisfy guilty pleasures and desires of all. In addition, a fine selection of wines from private imports only is also offered, aiming to please amateurs to connoisseurs.

Cédric Saint Onge, Nicolas Delrieu and Alexandre Dalmar decided to house their restaurant Chef’s Table in the old port, located at 365 Place d’Youville. Their new concept offers 60 seats spread out between the two levels as well as their terrace during the summer. Intimate enough to allow the staff to truly personalize your experience, but spacious enough to welcome group reservations and larger parties.
