Old montreal up in smoke
Midnight last night on the way home after leaving igloofest, montreal igloo ravers witnessed a different kind of light show.
A 7 story building on St Jacques, corner St Laurent was engulfed in flames while almost a dozen fire trucks parked all around the building trying to hose it down. The fire sent hot red embers into the sky and across old montreal while the rest of montreal suffered a thick haze of smoke.
The top floors of the building appeared to be unoccupied, as all the windows were boarded up and the top floor had no roof.
