Ibérica : the New Spanish Restaurant in the Heart of Downtown

A new year is always interesting for the restaurant industry. Some establishments try different concepts to elevate their services while others have more of an unfortunate luck. January tends to be pretty calm but some daring entrepreneurs choose to capitalize on that and open a new place during the low season – and that’s what happened with Ibérica.

In addition to that, you will find in the kitchen a stunning Josper oven, arguably the finest charcoal oven on the market. It is crafted and engineered in Spain and made its way to our city, infusing phenomenal flavours in every element that cooks in it.

This enclosed charcoal-fired grill reaches temperatures in excess of 500°C yet imparts the most subtle smoky taste due to its intense and quick way of cooking vegetables, fish as well as meat, adding a unique texture whilst retaining juiciness. Josper ovens have been used in Barcelona for over 40 years, and this new addition to our dining scene will provide customers with an exceptional Spanish inspired dining experience.
