Brouillon : Cute Neighborhood Bar has a New Lineup of Offerings for the Summer
When you’re not in the mood to commute far or to experience the downtown commotion, neighborhood gems are lifesavers. Perfect to satisfy the itch of wanting restaurant food or drinks, without the hassle. That is where Brouillon comes in with their awesome news for the summer. Opened less than a year ago, the hip spot just launched 3 weekly events that you won’t want to miss this season.
Brouillon, a rare Queer establishment outside the village, stands out by its design, its atmosphere, and the food and wine menus. From management to the sommelier, the place relies on three women from the neighborhood: Stéphanie Perron and Céline Diallo behind the management and cooking, and Maude Perry as sommelier.
Located at 6580-A Saint-Hubert, the cool lineup is happening every week this summer and extending into early fall. They are hosting :
Aperitivo Mondays: 2 for 1 offer on wine glasses with purchase of a charcuterie, sea or cheese board.
Beer Gardens Tuesdays: Beer pints offered at the price of a regular glass, along with a special menu featuring 4 delicious sausages as well as their sides and sauces.
Boozy Brunch Saturdays : Brunch menu + mimosa and cocktail pitcher on sale. These events are also hosted by Paolo Perfeccion, their resident drag queen.
To add to the fun, once a month on a Sunday, Brouillon will present “The Fabulous Drag Brunch” show. The next ones are set to take place on July 31, August 28 and September 25 at 11AM or 2PM, and will feature Miss Butterfly, Paolo Perfeccion and their friends to electrify the festive atmosphere.
