A Food Festival With 3 DJ’s & 40 Food Trucks At The Olympic Stadium

40 food trucks + 3 Dj’s + Olympic Stadium

The Olympic park will host the second edition of First Fridays 2014 this Friday June 6 from 4PM to 11PM. It’s the biggest food truck meet-up in Canada.

Organized by street food nonprofit Association Des Restaurateurs De Rue Du Québec, the event will feature 40 food trucks. Burgers, pierogis, fish tacos, lobster rolls, “ployes”, donuts, arrancini and more treats await. For a complete list of participating trucks, see below.

Visitors will be able to quench their thirst with Alexander Keith’s beer and affordable wines from several private importers.

Thanks to a new partnership with Evenko, First Fridays will now be hosting some of today’s best DJ’s. This Friday, Montrealers SHAYdakiss and Hatchmatik will be dropping beats, along with regulars Riddim Wise Soundsystem.

First Fridays were a great success last year, attracting close to 50,000 visitors throughout the season. In May, the first edition brought together 6,000 street food fans. This Friday, organizers are expecting the event to be even more popular.

There is no entry fee and the event is open to all. The food trucks will return to the Olympic Park every First Friday of the month until October.
