4 Lbs Lobsters & Tasty Waffles Await You Every Sunday For Montreal’s Boozy Brunch
If it involves food, mimosas and a nice view, you don’t have to ask us twice
Having brunch on a Sunday to recover from your night out calls for amazing food, and for all the warriors out there, more drinks.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock for a good while, you know the staff over at Terrasses Bonsecours are ready to welcome you for a Boozy Brunch every Sunday.
Expect a cool and relaxed environment, good music, good vibes and succulent food. In other words, a great time and yet another reason to eat out on the weekends.
You can leave the cooking adventures for another time during the week since Sundays are for taking it easy, but if you have a craving, their usual tapas menu will be available for you to order of. If you prefer eggs, bacon and lobster, you can order dishes that are exclusive to the Boozy Brunch concept.
-
Lobster roll
A classic but a favorite. Chunks of tender, sweet, cooked Maine lobster meat stuffed into a white-bread hot dog bun lightly toasted will fill you right up.
-
Fried chicken & waffle
Pretty self explanatory but super tasty. When you put fried chicken and waffles together all smothered up with maple syrup, you get a mouthwatering combo ready to be devoured.
-
Pulled pork grilled cheese
This Cuban-style pulled pork grilled cheese served with a fried egg is the perfect marriage between their original tapas menu item and a sunday brunch. Also a fantastic marriage of textures between the tender pulled pork and the gooey egg.
-
Au secours bonsecours
On the safer yet refreshing side of things, you can always go with this one. Smoked salmon on a bagel with cream cheese, red onions and capers is a mix that never fails, especially in the summer.
-
Steak & eggs
Full-on protein portion. This hardy dish gives you a 6 oz certified Angus filet mignon seasoned and grilled in addition to two eggs. A good choice if you’re looking to fill your stomach and ease your hunger.
-
4 lb lobster for two
The star of the menu, obviously. This gorgeous lobster is served with potatoes, asparagus, clarified butter, the classic cocktail sauce and lemon. Grab a friend (or friends) and share stories as well as your love for fresh seafood around this magnificent platter.
-
Scrambled egg with lobster
Your third option if you wanna enjoy some succulent lobster on a Sunday. Elevate a regular dish made of three scrambled eggs with generous chunks of Maine lobster.
-
Waffle burger
Even burger lovers have an option tailor-made for their brunch. A breakfast burger a la Terrasses Bonsecours consists of two eggs over easy with bacon and gruyere cheese, sandwiched between two waffles drizzled with delicious Canadian maple syrup.
