With four establishments between Quebec and Ontario, Aly and Rahim Moloo exude passion and hard work. Elevating one of the most cherished comfort food items we all love is an objective they achieved; grilled cheeses don’t have to be boring and simple, and this is why they’ve gotten a great response from patrons since the beginning.
Variety is not an issue you will face when looking at the menu. With different breads, cheeses and sauces, you’re sure to find one (or three) choices to devour. The most popular sandwiches are the mac & cheese one and the pulled pork, but the grilled veggies one and the lasagna are both serious contenders getting up there as well. They also offer awesome sides to complement your grilled cheese such as a nice salad, cheese fries or a tasty poutine.
You don’t even have to go elsewhere to dessert once you’re done with your meal, they do dessert grilled cheeses. Yes you read that right. Using slices of homemade French toast, they make a fantastic cheesecake sandwich and a decadent Smores one with Nutella to finish off a succulent feast.
