[Recap] WE PARTIED WITH NERVO FRIDAY AT NEW CITY GAS AND IT WAS EPIC
Ever since watching the 2011 anthem for Belgium’s Tomorrowland music festival “The Way We See The World – Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike, NERVO”, I knew that the NERVO twins were on the top of my list of live shows that I wanted to experience. These two Australian started up as young models and then switched gears and began their careers in songwriting and music at the age of 18.

Right when I found out that they were playing at New City Gas on November 23rd with Michael Woods, I had to get my hands on these golden tickets! It really didn’t shock me much that the show was sold out. I must say… this show, by far, was the best one I have experienced yet. They opened their set with the classic single “The Way We See The World”. Of course, they rocked their new released song “Revolution – R3HAB, NERVO, Ummet Ozcan”, which is now on Beatport’s top 10.
One of the things that made this show memorable for me is the connection I felt with them. The effort they put in making the audience a part of the show is incredible. I have never felt so connected by such humble DJs. Not to mention, the visuals/light show was absolutely unreal, especially their cover for “eat, sleep, rave, repeat”. Long story short, I would experience this over and over and over again without a doubt.
Stay tuned for the interview Antony conducted for us with the twins before their set! And don’t forget to get your tickets to next weeks show here.
Meeting @nervomusic was one of the highlights of my raging season. Such beautiful and charming people. pic.twitter.com/C5ZnWyZe8e
