Ristorante Beatrice Celebrates its 20th Anniversary
For a city that houses the highest number of restaurant per capita in Canada, Montreal has many renowned establishments that are able to last through years, while others experience a way shorter journey. Ristorante Beatrice is unsurprisingly part of the former and is celebrating this year its 20th anniversary in the industry, which calls for nothing less than a new menu and a refreshed look.
To honour this great accomplishment, the distinguished establishment is introducing a new, limited-edition dinner menu called the Beatrice Classics that is already available as of this summer.
Designed by head chef Shant Manguelian and pastry chef Suyen Han, the special menu re-introduces signature dishes of the restaurant from the last 20 years, including delicious spinach malfatti, their wonderful roasted Chilean sea bass and the classic veal Milanese. Mixing their skills in the kitchen with authentic flavours and top-quality ingredients all tied in with a professional staff, results in an experience that is nothing short of amazing.
Our aim is to complement our ever-evolving market-to-table Mediterranean menu by bringing our most popular classic dishes out of the vault dating back to 1997. – Shant Manguelian
The Beatrice Classics menu will be available for clients to try until the end of August. In the spirit of celebrating its two decades in business, Ristorante Beatrice will also continue to offer a three-course lunch special characterized as market-to-table priced at $25 from Tuesdays to Fridays.
Located in downtown’s gorgeous Golden Square Mile, it has undergone numerous renovations these past two years in anticipation of their milestone anniversary. The decor was already appealing and inviting, but the restaurant is now reaching new levels of aesthetics and attention to details.
Changes include the installation of a retractable roof on the terrace, allowing patrons to dine under the stars while enjoying a fresh breeze during the summer months. To enhance the intimate and chic dining atmosphere, Beatrice’s design team has also incorporated nice accents such as twinkle lights strung across the ceiling. A great way to bring a touch of magic to an already fantastic atmosphere. A new elongated wood bar with Italian white marble top is also a new addition to the decor and will offer more seating options on the terrace.
The restaurant has also established itself as a hotspot for private events such as weddings, launch parties, corporate meetings and more, due to their two upper-level stunning private rooms. Beatrice is also equipped with a full-service catering team headed by Adele Forgione, which allows you to bring the Beatrice experience to you if you can’t go to it.
