Montreal’s Mouthwatering Grilled Cheeses Now Available Till 3am At A Popular Bar On St-Denis
P.A. & Gargantua + B1 Cocktail Club = Cocktails & Grilled Cheeses
P.A & Gargantua had a very successful summer with their brand new food truck serving Montrealers their famous grilled cheese sandwhiches.
Unfortunately, the winter months in Montreal don’t provide conditions ideal for operating a food truck in the snow covered streets of our beautiful city.
Chef-Owner-Operator of P.A & Gargantua Paul-André Piché took it upon himself to find a way to keep serving his loyal customers during these upcoming cold months of the year.
The solution was to partner up with the B1 Cocktail Club on St-Denis Street which is renowned for creating some of the best cocktails in Montreal.
As of Tuesday November 4th 2014 Montrealers will be able to grab a drink and a grilled cheese between 5pm-3am every night of the week.

On The Menu:
The Classic: Smoked butter, aged Île-aux-Grues Cheddar Cheese, and Pain de mie au lait.
The Bacon: Bacon, shallot confit, aged Île-aux-Grues Cheddar Cheese, and Pain de mie au lait.
The Chili: Chili Con Carne, Cajun sour cream, aged Île-aux-Grues Cheddar Cheese, and Pain de mie au lait.
*All grilled cheeses are served with a homemade coleslaw or the soup of the week*
