Last night we had the pleasure of eating at  Les Tontons Flinguers. This contemporary, french style bistro is located just down from the Queen Mary / Cote Des Neiges intersection. We ate at what we consider to be the best bistro for beef tartare and salmon tartare in Cote Des Neiges. The location of the restaurant is perfect for UDeM & HEC students looking for a trendy spot to relax and kick back.
