That’s what defines the new restaurant Labarake Caserne À Manger located on Rachel now ready to welcome you.
Good friends and owners Andy Aboushaybeh, Denis Sobolj and Emmanuel Besnier are aiming for a unique culinary experience in a “bar de quartier” ambiance. Talented designer Mara Castachescu and notorious chef Eric Gonzalez were also involved in the project, their expertise ready to help build the distinctive dining experience.

1- Beef Tartare
The delicious rendition of a praised dish with flavours that will wow your taste buds. Serving nothing but the best, they chose to work with angus beef, which is a synonym of top quality.

2- Burger
Angus beef and bacon. Yes. A “grown up” burger with caramelized onions and fries to accompany the elevated take on an all-time favorite.

3- Risotto
The italian classic. Duck confit and mushrooms topped with aragula and parmesan to invite you to indulge in some comfort food.

4- Spinach Salad
Healthy and refreshing. A colorful array of fresh produce with a citrus twist that’s great as a side dish or a lighter meal.
