Montreal Is Getting A Build Your Own Pizza Downtown
We are all familiar with the “build your own” sandwiches, wraps, or even rice bowls and tacos, but what about pizza ? That’s what Brigade Pizzeria Napolitaine is all about. A new but casual pizzeria concept where customers choose their toppings as it gets assembled, then baked in minutes with wood burning ovens imported straight from Italy.
As it states in the press release Eater got, they will serve 12” pizzas that the customers can garnish with a wide range of different toppings, from grilled vegetables to Italian cheeses! And if you’re not into pizza, they’ve got you covered with custom-made salads and sandwiches too.

Jean-Daniel Nadeau and Grace Yeh are the first ones in Quebec to open a restaurant with this concept for pizzas, and they only want the best, which is why they will work with local fresh ingredients from here and Italy.
They will set up shop at 1428 Stanley street in the heart of downtown, the opening date being set for July 2014, which is pretty soon!
