L’Gros Luxe Created An App So You Don’t Have To Stand In Line Anymore
No more waiting in line standing for an hour
Since it opened, L’Gros Luxe has experienced tremendous success on the scene. Serving great food at amazing prices and attracting tons of people made the whole concept grow super quickly in a short period of time. It resulted in them opening more locations around Montreal and even one in Quebec City, which made them position themselves as trendy and hip establishments.
The popularity of the restaurants has been so huge that it started having issues with long queues and long waiting times to get a table. Obviously it bothered patrons and, let’s be honest, the owners were not happy about the fact they were making their clients wait so long. This is why they created an app for the restaurants so you can check table availability in real time! How cool is that!
This is not an app to make a reservation; they still don’t take them. What this is, it’s an app that acts as a virtual lineup. So instead of going on-site and waiting in line wasting time, you can “get in line” from the comfort of your home or restaurant/bar you’re currently at, and when your table at L’Gros Luxe is ready for your party, you get a call. And if they don’t have room, you won’t be upset that you went to the restaurant and waited in line for nothing.
The “waiting in line” feature on the app will be accessible only from 5PM, which is the time the restaurants open at. You also have the whole menu listed as well as weekly specials and promo/contests. In the future, you can also expect a new feature that will allow you to buy some awesome L’Gros Luxe merch.
