Restaurant Siam: Experience Thailand in the Heart of Downtown Montreal

We’ve seen in the past couple of years a trend when it comes to restaurants opening. The Asian flavours have been some of the most popular ones among people, so the number of Japanese izakayas, sushi establishments and bao buns joints that opened in the city has been significant. However, when it comes to thai food, it can be tricky to find a restaurant that serves truly authentic dishes; this is where Restaurant Siam comes in.

This year marks a new chapter in the life of the known and loved Brossard’s Siam restaurant with their new location at the Hotel Le Crystal in downtown Montreal.

The Dix30 native brand is known to be the only Thai Select Premium restaurant in the entire province with its authentic yet modern Thai cuisine, electrifying ambiance and breathtaking decor. All those components reunited make it a success, which is why Restaurant Siam is a delightful destination that will have you coming back for more.

It’s easy to hide behind lots of spices and call it a day, but authentic flavours can be hard to replicate if you don’t know what you’re doing. Someone at our table actually traveled to Thailand and said that the food at Siam was spot on – which says a lot. You can expect delicate but true flavours that will definitely satisfy your taste buds and send your palate on a journey.

This new restaurant allows the brand to reach a new and broader clientele by offering them a diverse menu featuring quality ingredients. The finest classic Thai dishes are available, from Pad Thai to Chicken Curry, as well as their delicious vegan menu (yes you read that right!) which is always a great addition to any restaurant.

“Our purpose has always been to offer an experience that stimulates all your senses. Our primary goal has always been to work with spices combined with fresh and exotic produce that offer a varied menu that is original in both taste and scents.” – Linda Cheng, Executive Vice-President

Both Siam restaurants share a common name and menu but the two establishments will be different on certain aspects. The downtown location offers a brand new cocktail menu catered by renowned mixologist Lawrence Picard, giving patrons a chance to experience creative and fun drinks. Perfect for business meetings, birthdays, a 5@7 or a friends night out, the ambiance and decor signed Camdi Design will fit any occasion you might encounter.
