5 Best Restaurants Worth The Drive Out Of The City

Montrealers, often think that all the great restaurants are located Downtown. Well, that is a huge mistake! Over the years, many places outside of the city have opened with the intention of giving their clients the best culinary experience. I have decided to share some of the spots that have made the drive worth every bite and remind you why it is so important to get out of your comfort zone every once in a while.

Bistro Carambola – Hudson, Qc
Whether you live in Hudson, next to the restaurant, or on the opposite side of the island, going to Bistro Carambola is without a doubt, an absolute must! Their divine dishes are inspired by European techniques and based on international cuisine. The colourful variety of meals on the menu proves to be remarkably mouth watering (check out their Instagram for a daily dose here). A lot of their regular clients even let the chef, Scott Geiring, surprise them with what they’re having. Carambola will give you a unique experience, and do not forget to bring your own wine!
